More About Radoslava Georgieva
Radoslava is an Immigration Caseworker at JNS Solicitors with over four years’ legal experience across immigration and litigation matters, supporting clients in complex and time-sensitive applications.
Before joining JNS Solicitors in September 2025, she worked at two established London firms. At City of London Solicitors, she managed a substantial caseload of immigration matters, including High Net Worth and private immigration applications, business visas, administrative reviews and detailed legal representations.
Earlier in her career, she worked at Baxter Brown McArthur Criminal Defence Solicitors, where she handled a high-volume caseload across Police Station, Magistrates’ Court and Crown Court matters. This experience strengthened her procedural knowledge, case management skills and ability to work effectively under pressure.
Radoslava’s academic achievements include both an LLB and LLM with Merit from Arden University. Her LLM was awarded with a full scholarship in recognition of her academic excellence and contribution to the university community. She has also published legal research examining complex areas of public law and clinical negligence reform.
With a background in automation engineering and senior management experience spanning over a decade, Radoslava brings a structured, analytical and detail-oriented approach to every case. She works closely with clients to ensure applications are carefully prepared and professionally presented, recognising the significant personal and professional importance of immigration matters.
