To qualify for the Innovator Founder Visa, your business must meet three key criteria:

English Language Requirement

Duration of Stay
The Innovator Founder Visa initially allows you to stay in the UK for three years. During this period, you must:
✔ Demonstrate business progress at 12 and 24 months to your endorsing body.
✔ Maintain your endorsement, as withdrawal could lead to visa cancellation.
You can apply for extensions with no limit on renewals. After three years, you may become eligible for Indefinite Leave to Remain (ILR).
